At GiddyLove, each item is made just for you after your order is placed. Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color preference, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the situation.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if production has not started yet. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Size and Color Notes

Please check size charts carefully before ordering. Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size.
